Josh Naylor clearly surpassed Myles Straw as the most hated Guardian among Yankee fans after his rock-the-baby celebration on Gerrit Cole in game four.

Naylor was mercilessly booed in game five, and after every out he recorded in the season-ending loss, heard loud chants of “Who’s your daddy?” while fans mocked his cradling celebration as he made his way back to the dugout.

Asked about the atmosphere after the game, Naylor said he was absolutely loving the hostile environment.

“That was awesome,” Naylor said, via Zack Meisel of The Athletic. “That was so sick. That was honestly like a dream come true as a kid. ... The fact that I got that going throughout the whole stadium, I think that was sick.”

Naylor seemed to embrace the response from the crowd like Pedro Martinez did when he heard the same chants during his time with the Red Sox, but the enjoyment was short lived, because it resulted in the end of his season.
