Dalvin Cook has been virtually non-existent since making his Jets debut, as his 33 rushing yards in Week 1 is still his season high.
On Sunday, Cook rushed just six times for 23 yards, and is nowhere near what he was when he was when he was earning four straight Pro Bowl selections with the Vikings.
Keith is ready to call the Cook era in New York a bust, which isn’t too consequential for the Jets, considering Breece Hall is healthy and balling out.
“Dalvin Cook shouldn’t even be used,” Keith said. “That’s another guy the jets spent money on, and it’s like, what was he for?”
The Jets have certainly spent in places where the money isn’t being used much on the field, like with Carl Lawson and Mecole Hardman, and Cook seems to be another. Still, that is almost good news for the Jets, as it means Hall is healthy.
“I don’t know,” Keith said. “He looks Dalvin Cooked.”
