There were a couple of new Yankees this season that never hit a home run while John Sterling was on the mic, robbing us of the chance to hear his special call to their round-tripper.
Well, one of those was rectified Saturday afternoon, as Jazz Chisholm went deep in the fifth inning of the Yankees’ game with the Pirates, which gave us this ode to the musical Chicago:
You can see in our video that he didn’t quite give the “shimmy shake” he does when he announces a Yankees win, but hey, scratch one more (last?) Sterling HR call off the list.
