As BT and Sal debated what the Knicks can do in the playoffs if not fully healthy, Sal lost it when BT said New York would be able to stand up, and beat, a healthy 76ers team even without Julius Randle.
"I can't even believe what I'm hearing," Sal said. "You won't even admit the Knicks won't beat the Sixers with a healthy Embiid without Randle. Come on dude, that's delusion. Knicks fans are bordering on delusion.
"They should have just lost to the Pistons last night!"
BT is still high on the Knicks' playoff potential, even if Randle can't come back or can't play at the same level he was before his shoulder injury. Sal couldn't disagree more, and if they met Embiid and Philly in the first round, it would likely be a quick exit.
"Without Julius Randle, you think they're beating them four out of seven times?" Sal said. "I think with Randle, they might be in trouble."
