Evan decided to put up a poll on X (formerly known as Twitter) asking a question for his Jets and Nets fans:
“What is more likely to happen, Zach Wilson proves he is good of Ben Simmons is good again?”
Sadly, Evan doesn’t seem confident that either outcome is a likely one.
“He’s claiming he’s in shape and ready to go…yeah, I think he’ll play, but I don’t think I’ll ever see the guy who came from Philly,” Evan said. “I don’t think he’ll ever be good. I hope I’m wrong. I don’t think Zach Wilson will ever prove he is good. I hope I’m wrong.”
Tiki believes the answer would likely be Wilson, only because he seems to have more of a desire.
“At least Zach wants to be good. At least he’s trying,” Tiki said. “Zach grinds. He’s a film rat, he does everything he can. Maybe it’s just not sinking in. but at least he wants to be good. My problem with Ben Simmons, I get the sense that he’d be happy if he never played again. He can give or take it.”
