Take charge of your health at Raleigh's Crossroads UMC's FREE Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Cone Health Mobile Screening Van will be on-site, along with doctors and nurse practitioners providing free health and dental screenings, education, and wellness resources for the community.
Available free services include:
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood sugar testing
- A1C testing
- Health and dental screenings
- Health education and community resources
No insurance or ID is required, and all screenings are provided at no cost.
