Chrissy Teigen opened up about her days as a bikini model while posting some throwback photos.
The 35-year-old reflected on her runway career by sharing several snaps working it at Miami Fashion Week in 2011.
“Was talking about my days of Miami fashion week and how it was basically my equivalent of walking Paris couture,” Teigen wrote while describing the experience as less than glamorous. “200 bucks a show minus agency and I’d wait 5/6 hours sitting on the floor of the Mondrian to be seen.”
Teigen continued, “Booking a show at the Setai, walking over the pool, oh my god the excitement, C-class Naomi Campbell coming throughhhhhh!!!!!!"
"Dinner with randos at Prime 112, ordering enough food to take home to eat for the week cause the fashion show money would disappear with agency fees," the "Lip Sync Battle" co-host continued. "Sleeping in a two bedroom at the Flamingo with 5 other girls, MEMORIES!”
Teigen started her catwalk career when she was a briefcase model on the first season of the game show “Deal or No Deal.”
The wife to John Legend was also featured in 2010’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue before making her way to Miami Fashion Week in 2011.

Last month, Teigen took to Instagram to show off what appears to be a purple wig as she perused a grocery store's aisles. "The wig life ... chose me," she captioned the photo.
Some of Teigen's famous friends took to the post's comments section to express their love for her updated look. "Wigging out! I'm obsessed," "Selling Sunset" star Christine Quinn commented.
"Call me convinced," model Brooklyn Decker said. "Looks so goooood," celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin posted.
The post came about a week after Teigen used a filter in a post on Instagram that turned her hair purple. Teigen indicated that she would want to have purple hair because of how it looked in the filter.
