Beginning with his roots in New Edition and transitioning into his massive success as a solo artist, Brown continues to radiate deep gratitude for his longevity in the industry, attributing it to a tireless work ethic, a commitment to perfecting his craft, and the support of a loving family.
"Entertainment is all I ever thought about,” Brown admits, “and all I ever wanna do is entertain people."
Reflecting on his evolution not just as an entertainer, but as a father and son, he notes he remains grounded by staying positive and focusing on his personal growth rather than public opinion. “What God has intended for me. I'm still here and that means a lot."
R&B is a "feeling" that never dies, according to Bobby, specifically highlighting his admiration for Chris Brown and USHER, placing them both at the top of the current R&B hierarchy. That said, he still holds a deep desire to collaborate with Stevie Wonder on an "uplifting, worldly song."
"Stevie Wonder would be probably the one that I would break my neck to go in the studio with."
