It’s a family affair! The Central Carolina Fair is returning to the Greensboro Complex this fall, September 3–20, with rides, games, food, entertainment and plenty of fun for the whole family.
From thrilling midway rides to classic kiddie rides, there’s something for fairgoers of all ages. Come hungry and enjoy all your fair food favorites, including corn dogs, funnel cakes, candy apples, turkey legs, Italian sausages and pizza.

For the "Win Tickets To The Central Carolina Fair" on-air contest, listen weekdays between 6:00 a.m. ET and 10:00 a.m. ET August 17, 2026 through August 21, 2026. Each weekday, the station will select two (2) winners via call-in, and upon verification, will each win, i) four (4) any one-day admission tickets and ii) any four (4) any one-day unlimited ride wristband passes to the Central Carolina Fair, valid for any one day at the Central Carolina Fair, September 3-20, 2026, Greensboro Complex, Greensboro, NC. Both elements of prize must be used in conjunction with each other at the time of redemption. There will be a total of five (5) prizes be offered during this contest, furnished by the Greensboro Complex. Total prize value $120.00. A winner may only win once in this contest. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address.
