Michael Nader, who starred on the original ‘80s series “Dynasty,” has died. He was 76.
According to Deadline, Nader passed away at his home in California from an untreatable form of cancer.

Nader’s wife, Jodi Lister, released a statement confirming his death.
“With heavy heart, I’m sharing the news of the passing of my beloved, Michael. We had 18 wonderful years together with the many dogs we fostered and adopted,” Lister said. “Recently, Michael was so thrilled to reconnect with his friends from the cast of Dynasty during Emma Samms virtual event to help raise funds for Long-Covid research. He was a beautiful and fascinating man with many talents and skills. I will miss him forever.”

From 1983 to 1989, Nader portrayed Dex Dexter on “Dynasty,” the third husband of Joan Collins’ iconic character Alexis Carrington.
In the ‘90s, Nader starred on ABC daytime soap “All My Children” as dashing Count Dimitri Marick. His character was the on-again, off-again love interest of Erica Kane, played by soap diva Susan Lucci.
Other roles include appearances on “Cold Case,” “Law & Order: SVU,” “Magnum, P.I.” and “Gidget.”
Nader is survived by his wife Jodi, daughter Lindsay, stepmother Lillian, and sister Stephanie, among other family members.
