Lohan plays a spoiled heiress to a hotel fortune who takes a tumble down a mountain, bumps her head, and comes to not remembering anything about her past life. This all happens right as her boyfriend was proposing to her.

She then comes under the care of a handsome, blue-collar inn owner of the ski town where the fall happened. Played by Chad Overstreet, the character is also a widower with a young daughter. Lohan begins doing everyday chores and activities that were foreign to her previous life, slowly regaining her memory.

She scoffs at the idea of wearing some used clothes and has serious trouble with a fitted sheet while attempting to make a bed.

A romance builds between Lohan and Overstreet’s character with Christmas in the small town as the backdrop, but of course as the trailer begins to wind down her fiancé returns.

“Sometimes forgetting who you were means discovering who you are,” Lohan’s character succinctly says.

“Falling for Christmas” is directed by Janeen Damian. The movie also stars George Young, Jack Wagner, Olivia Perez, Alejandra Flores, Chase Ramsey, Sean Dillingham, Antonio D. Charity, and Lohan’s actual sister, Aliana.

Lindsay Lohan also sings “Jingle Bell Rock” as the music overlaying the trailer. Netflix recently announced her cover of the song will be available to stream starting Nov. 4.

“Falling for Christmas” will hit Netflix on Nov. 10.
