After news broke this week that Colorado's head coach, Mel Tucker, would be leaving his position to coach Michigan State University, many analysts began to believe that Pac-12 football was on the decline. Play-by-Play voice for the Utah Utes, Bill Riley, says that's not the case. He believes both conferences are strong and that a division battle could take place in the next decade. The question is; who wins? North? South?
