Huh. That's odd. Let me try that again, and this time I'll knock it down to 20.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists. That way we can see all the great franchise icons that join him as true do-it-all leaders.
Oh. Uhh... I guess it's just Luka. Now, obviously, these are cherry-picked stats — heck, there are only seven players in league history with seasons of 25-8-8 statistical production — but it gets across a greater point. If he's in such exclusive company in league history, and no one can even touch numbers like those in franchise history, is it possible that he already ranks near the top of the list for Dallas greats? We know he's on that trajectory, and no one is going to argue that. It certainly helps that he's likely all but locked up as a member of this organization for the foreseeable future.

That's just how easily Michael Jordan will concede his GOAT throne once Luka begins to challenge him 12 to 15 years down the road, right?
The future is bright for the Dirk-proclaimed greatest Maverick of all time. Hopefully, some playoff success comes with it.
