DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - According to a report from TMZ Sports, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott will not be charged for his involvement in a Las Vegas incident on May 19th.
Per the TMZ report, the Las Vegas Police Department reviewed the evidence of the case with prosecutors and came to a mutual decision not to pursue further action against Elliott.

August 17, 2019 Elliott, who was in attendance at the Electric Daisy Carnival, allegedly pushed 19-year-old event security guard Kyle Johnson over a railing in a parking lot during the altercation and was placed in handcuffs.
Elliott was not arrested, however, as Johnson told the Las Vegas Police he did not intend to press charges. Johnson would later file a police report after the fact, with the resulting investigation coming to a close due to a lack of actionable evidence.
With the regular season quickly approaching, the 24-year-old running back is still in the midst of contract negotiations with the Cowboys, with no clear ending in sight.
Per 105.3 the Fan's Mike Fisher, Elliott reportedly made his way back to the DFW area on August 16th after spending the last couple of weeks in Mexico training during his holdout.
