DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is set to be charged in Palm Beach County, Florida with alleged solicitation of a prostitute, according to police.

The charges stem from an months long investigation into a massage parlor, according to reports.

Kraft is one of 25 people charged with misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution. Police say the 77-year-old billionaire will be charged with "soliciting another to commit prostitution," according to Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr.

Florida law enforcement officials say they have obtained evidence from body cam video and surveillance that has been conducted over the last several months. They say they have videotape of him paying for a sex act inside an illicit massage parlor.

In a statement, a spokesperson for Kraft said they "categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further."

The charge comes amid a widespread crackdown on sex trafficking in the area surrounding Palm Beach County. About 200 arrest warrants have been issued in recent days and more are expected.

The Patriots won the Super Bowl earlier this month in Atlanta.
