On Friday morning during his interview with 105.3 the Fan's Shan and R.J., Daryl "Moose" Johnston said he has faith in Roger Goodell and the NFL to make sure that the NFL will happen in 2020 while following safety protocols.

While all other major sports leagues were brought to a grinding halt due to the coronavirus pandemic, the NFL has done its best to remain as operational as possible and come up with virtual solutions to the pre-draft and draft processes, while adhering to the safety standards set forth in response to the virus.

It is this type of innovative mentality that gives Johnston hope for the 2020 season, though he admits it could begin with empty stadiums while the country as a whole begins to reopen its economic doors.
