Cory joined 105.3 The Fan in 2011 as co-host of The K&C Masterpiece, a show he and Kevin Hageland created while covering the sports beat at Star Local News in Plano.
He received his degree at The University of North Texas where he majored in broadcast journalism, and began working as a Sports Producer for KDAF-TV while working on weekends at The Fan. He loves football and worked as a staff writer for DallasCowboys.com during college. Cory also grew up on the blistering bleachers of Arlington Stadium as it transitioned to The Ballpark in Arlington, and Reunion Arena before it ushered in the American Airlines Center. Cory also worked as sports anchor for The Fan and KRLD.
He is born and bred a Dallas Texan, going to Bryan Adams High School where he and his wife met. They both live in Plano with their two sons and daughter
