DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Mavericks have placed shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr. in the league's health and safety protocols, according to Shams Charania.

Hardaway becomes the fourth Maverick to enter the protocols, joining Josh Green, Reggie Bullock Maxi Kleber, who all landed on the COVID-19 list over the last few days.

Dallas signed forward/center Marquese Chriss and shooting guard Theo Pinson to 10-day contracts under the NBA's hardship allowance, which was put in place to help ease the burden on teams who have players test positive for the virus.

According to Charania, the Mavs are also expected to sign guard Charlie Brown of the NBA G League Delaware Blue Coats and forward George King of the G League's Agua Caliente Clippers.

It's unknown who all will be available for Tuesday night's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Mavericks big man Kristaps Porzingis remains questionable with a toe injury, and Luka Donic (ankle), Willie Cauley-Stein (personal reasons), and Eugene Omoruyi (foot/illness) remain out.
