Padres place closer Kirby Yates on the 10-day IL

The Padres announced today that they've placed closer Kirby Yates on the 10-day IL with a sore elbow. The team recalled RHP David Bednar. Manager Jayce Tingler discussed the move and today's lineup shakeup.
