The NFL named Rams’ Aaron Donald the Defensive Player of the Year on Saturday, but not everybody was in agreement over it.

The Watt brothers, in particular, took exception to it.

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt, who finished second in the voting, felt as if he should have been the one to win the award. When news broke it was Donald, Watt tweeted one of 2020’s favorite Michael Jordan meme’s from “The Last Dance.”

T.J. was not the only Watt to chime in, either.

His brother, J.J., who won the 2014 Defensive Player of the Year, tweeted a spreadsheet that compared T.J.’s and Donald’s stats against each other.

Steelers teammate Minkah Fitzpatrick also voiced his displeasure as well.

Meanwhile, Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey was getting tired of hearing others say that his teammate should not have won the award, which marked the third time in his career to do so, so Ramsey made sure to give his side of the argument.

Needless to say, the snub should only further motivate T.J. Watt, who is also entering the final year of his rookie contract. If T.J. goes full MJ, the 2021 season ought to be a fun one for the Steelers linebacker.
