What is Owen White's floor and ceiling after his Rangers debut?

The Rangers' top pitching prospect, Owen White, made his major league debut Tuesday night against the Angels. White threw two innings out of the bullpen and allowed three earned runs on four hits. He struck out two and walked one.

His pitching line would indicate that he didn't throw particularly well, but he was the victim of a dropped ball by Corey Seager on a potential double play that would have gotten him out of the inning. A runner came around to score, and the next batter hit a two-run home run on a pitch that was thrown high and outside the strike zone.
