It's official! March 15, 2024 is Jonathan & Kitty Day in Dane County!

Here's the full text of the proclamation:
WHEREAS Jonathan and Kitty have managed to get up dark and early each morning, seemingly bright-eyed and bushy tailed, for 25 years, which is equal to 105.5 radio years, and
WHEREAS Jonathan and Kitty have demonstrated uncanny math skills as they count to take the 10th caller for on-air contests, and
WHEREAS they have given away more than 12,348 concert tickets to amazing shows in Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago, Ireland, and other places they can't find on a map, and
WHEREAS Jonathan and Kitty have bestowed on listeners the value of having their carpets cleaned, buying a new mattress, where to get dog food, phone service, breakfast, lunch, dinner and even chin hair removal, and
WHEREAS Jonathan and Kitty have inspired a generation of children to avoid choosing radio as a career, and
WHEREAS Jonathan and Kitty have been a constant in this ever-changing world, friendly voices reminding us that, to quote Bob Marley "every little thing’s gonna be alright"
Now THEREFORE be it resolved that the County Executive of Dane County, Wisconsin, does hereby
proclaim Friday, March 15th , 2024, as
JONATHAN & KITTY DAY
In the county of Dane in celebration of their 25 years on the air at 105.5 Triple M, as long as they keep playing his favorite band, Honor Among Thieves.
