Baxter was a big la crosse player during his school days and worked as a snowboarding instructor before moving to Nashville and making a go at the music business. He wrote his first album while living in a rubber band factory!
The Revivalists hail from New Orleans and played their first show at a laundromat/bar and were regulars at Tipitinas.
