The NFL Draft is finally over and the march towards the start of the NFL season begins now and we've got you covered with all things Ravens here on 105.7 The Fan. The Ravens added to their receiver room in this draft and they got it started in the 1st round by selecting Minnesota WR Rashod Bateman with the 27th pick. Bateman joined Inside Access to talk about becoming a Baltimore Raven.
Rashod joined Jason and Ken to discuss how he thought his opt outs impacted where his draft stock, how excited he is to play with Lamar Jackson and what he wants to improve on as he transitions to the NFL. Bateman told the guys that he hasn't thought about how his opt outs altered his draft position because he's just thankful to be drafted and is ready to make the most of his opportunity. He mentioned that he is very excited to run routes for Lamar Jackson and can't wait to get out on the field with his new teammates.
Bateman has chosen to wear number 12 as his jersey number.
