We are just a week away from Pitchers and Catchers reporting to Sarasota and we're getting you ready for Orioles baseball everyday here on 105.7 The Fan. Orioles Director of Player Development Matt Blood joined Inside Access to talk about the young Orioles.
Matt joined Jason and Ken to talk about the Orioles having multiple prospects on Baseball America's top 100 prospects, how spring training will go and what he thinks about some of the young Orioles on the roster. Matt told the guys that while he is glad to see the young prospects get some national recognition, he doesn't put much stock in lists. When talking about spring training Matt told the guys that he's excited to get it going but the ultimate goal is to get better but in a safe manner.
Pitchers and Catchers are set to report to Sarasota on February 17th.
