If there is one thing I think all of us can agree on is...STUFFED FOODS.

Stuffed foods bring some kind of happiness that you can't get from other foods.


The great thing about stuffed foods is the possibilities are endless. Think about all of the things you can stuff: Tomatoes, chicken, fish, peppers...I could go on and on.

I usually make stuffed peppers at least 3x a month. Sometimes I stuff with buffalo chicken for my husband, Sometimes I do a traditional style with meat and cheese, and a really good marinara sauce. Sometimes I do a veggie version with white beans and spinach or chick peas and rice. Now, thanks to Blue Harbor Fish Co. I have another idea.
