The streaming giant released a trailer for its upcoming dating show “Dated & Related” this week and the clips starts off like a number of entries in the genre. Shots of gorgeous people in a scenic locale all looking for love. Then comes the “catch.”

Not only are all these single folks at a villa in the South of France to “find love in the most romantic country in the world,” but, they are all joined by a "brother or sister who’s also looking for love.”

As the trailer continues, siblings go through a variety of emotions, many tears are shed and a number of honors are upheld. The familial bonds seem to be strong in these participants.

The trailer’s voiceover (the show’s host, Melinda Barry, who appears in Season Two of Netflix’s “Too Hot to Handle”) then poses the query, “Is this about to be the most awkward dating show in history?” Which leads right to a shot of one cast member making out with another while he’s seated next to his family member who looks to be the most uncomfortable person in history.

According to Netflix, the show will feature eight family duos: Seven sets of siblings and one set of cousins coming in from Texas, New Jersey, the U.K., Cyprus, and Canada.

The streaming service goes into more detail on the show, “Imagine having to think about your sibling dating – how they flirt, how they treat their partner, and what their signature moves are… Having the person who knows you better than anyone should help you navigate the tricky world of dating. But will they act as the ultimate wingman or help you find love? Or scupper your plans and call you out on all your bullsh*t? Either way it might just be Awkward. As. Hell.”

Interested viewing parties will be able to catch “Dated & Related” beginning September 2, only on Netflix.
