Coming from parents who have been married for 47 years, Charity grew up with a great example of a loving and resilient marriage, and as she's on this show a lot of things she looks for in her future relationships come from what she witnessed with her parents.

"My dad is like the most selfless individual ever and so that is a quality that I absolutely look for and want in a man... Understanding that and recognizing that love everyday is a choice, like that's what I look forward into replicating in my own relationship," she said.

Reflecting on her time on The Bachelor and now moving onto her own season of The Bachelorette she described it as it being "more pressure." "Obviously like I'm the one making the choices now and I'm not sitting, waiting for someone else" but "it is a lot more pressure, a lot more emotions being involved," she said.

But above all the stress the show may bring her, she does hope that by the end of the season that she finds love and she believes that there is definitely an opportunity for that wish to come into fruition.
