2019 was supposed to be a bit of a break for Miranda Lambert, coming off of the massive success of her album, The Weight of These Wings, and the subsequent tour. She also released another album with Pistol Annies in 2018, landing at number one on the Country chart. This year was set to be a breather, but life often happens while you're making plans.
"They're not going to let me have eight months off ever again because I get married and do weird s***," Lambert joked with RADIO.COM's US99 in Chicago this summer. "I had the longest break I've ever had in 17 years."
The "It All Comes Out In The Wash" singer made the most of her free time, including getting married to NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin, and putting together her latest LP, Wildcard.
