It's a big night for singer Carly Pearce at tonight's 57th annual CMAs, as she's found herself on both the performers and nominees lists, telling us that she believes her upcoming appearance will be "one that people remember."

Carly is set to take the stage at the 2023 CMAs tonight (11/8) to perform her single "We Don't Fight Anymore" with Chris Stapleton, which will be the first time the duo have presented the track together live. In addition, Pearce has also been nominated for this year's Female Vocalist of the Year award, alongside Kelsea Ballerini, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, and Lainey Wilson.

This is "probably the most excited I've been for a performance ever," Carly tells Audacy's Sabrina From Queens backstage at the CMAs. "I don't know where I go at this point. After Stapleton, you're done. We rehearsed a couple hours ago and I really think it's going to be one that people remember."

Providing a little fashion tease, Carly says she can give "two words that don't go together but I swear they do: Sequins and velvet." And for her wardrobe changes: "Moody and lace."

Currently on the road on her Country Music Made Me Do It tour, Carly says she's having "such a blast out there" traveling with her best friends, and performing in front of fans. The mood is especially positive, she adds, "entering into this phase where I'm starting to release new music and, obviously, getting ready to release a new album... So, it's just really good."
