5.Signed by a Superstar
A record deal is surely cause for celebration, but if you ask us, being signed to a record label owned by the great Jimmy Buffett is even more cause for celebration! Caroline ultimately met Buffett singing a duet with him for a charity release concert. The two went on the release the duet together which lead to a Caroline opening for Buffett on tour and a spot on the roster of his Mailboat Records.
4.Touring Pro
While Jones may be somewhat of a newcomer to Country radio, she is definitely no stranger to life as a touring Country musician. Jones has held spots opening for some of Country's most well-known artists including Kenny Chesney, Vince Gill, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Zac Brown Band, who she is currently on tour with.
3.Making History
As mentioned, Caroline has opened shows for Zac Brown Band, but with their most-recent tour, The Comeback Tour, the group invited her to play on-stage with them, as a member of the band. Although a temporary member, Jones will be the first female to be part of the group as she joins them for more than 20 shows which began August 5 and will run through the fall.
2.Music for Days
Considered a newer artist to most Country fans, Caroline has a wealth of music to share! Over the last ten years, Jones has released five independent albums and one EP. Showing no signs of slowing down her songwriting talents anytime soon, Jones has already released two brand-new singles this year, "Come In (But Don't Make Yourself Comfortable)" and "Getting To Me," which released just last week.
1.Multi-Instrumentalist
The Greenwich, CT native grew up studying Opera, writing Pop music and listening to Rock and R&B. At the age of nine, Jones started taking voice lessons every day and learned to play several instruments along the way. She has been known to produce and play several instruments on her own albums. Wow!
