Nate Smith’s long-awaited debut album is finally here — all 20 tracks of it! While Smith promises there’s something for everyone on the self-titled project - which released alongside a deluxe version which includes an additional six songs - he isn’t shy to share his favorites.

“My favorite song ever is ’Sleeve,’ it’s always been special to me,” Nate said when asked his favorite song from the album. “But out of the newer stuff, ‘If I Could Stop Loving You,’ is probably my second favorite.”
Now that the project is public, Smith is preparing to share it live with fans as he joins Thomas Rhett on the HOME TEAM TOUR 23 kicking off May 4.
“One of the songs that I’m looking really forward to performing live form the new album is, ‘You Only Want Me When You’re Drunk,’” Nate shared. “I think it’s kinda fun.”
While Nate clearly has his favorites, he looks forward to seeing which songs resonate with his fans the most as his inspiration for creating this album came from his love for helping and caring for others.
“This album is a collection of songs from my heart, that’s basically what this is,” the former nurse’s assistant shared. “One of the things I hope that my album does for the fans that listen to it is I hope it touches their lives in some way or another. People are all struggling in different ways and I really hope the music can bring a little bit of light and a little bit of hope to even situation that’s out there.”
