Gov. Issues Statewide Temporary Shutdown of Restaurants and Bars

Space Needle

It's been one heck of a week with coronavirus basically shutting down all the fun things we were looking forward to doing. Not to mention Seattle public and private schools are currently closed and all the tech company employees working from home, have made my commute to downtown under 20 minutes.

Seattle feels like a ghost town, and it will continue to feel this way for awhile as Gov. Inslee just announced he will he will temporarily shut down restaurants, bars and entertainment and recreational facilities statewide. Restaurants will be take-out and delivery only, and Inslee will also expand the restriction to limit the size of large gatherings to just 50 people.
