I live north of Seattle above the weather shadow in the convergence zone between microclimates. When it snows, we get dumped on. It's pretty cool unless you're my back after shoveling heavy-ass snow all the time.
Anyway, Washington is even more beautiful with a generous dusting of winter snow... summer snow - not so much.
