Seattle Sounders FC offering free vaccinations before home matches

Like most of us, they want to see the community back out there supporting one another.

Look at you Seattle Sounders FC trying to get your fan base back in stands by making it super easy to get vaccinated. Nice. The team announced that at home games this season, if you're eligible and haven't been vaccingated yet, you can get that taken care of and see some soccer in the same adventure.

"As part of the organization’s dedication to public health and vaccination efforts statewide, it is also partnering with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and the City of Seattle, with assistance from Lumen Field and First & Goal Inc., to offer vaccinations to all eligible fans at home games."

Oh and then there's this:

Is it possible to get vaccinated twice? Asking for a (hungry) friend...

To score your free shot of vaccine, not Jäger, hit up one of two places from the time gates open through the end of the match:
-The West Field Plaza outside of section 140
-The East Main Concourse outside of section 104.

Fan vaccinations – like all COVID-19 vaccinations – are free of charge and are being made available on a walk-up basis with no appointments necessary. Vaccinations are being administered by Seattle Fire Department mobile EMS units, and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is providing staffing and volunteers to support the vaccination process.

Get vaxxed and go Sounders!
