I've been a Moondoggies fan ever since I moved to Seattle in 2008. The Everett born/Seattle based band formed in 2005 and grew a cult following that has persisted over the years. For me, whenever I listen to their music or see them live, it feels like a reunion with golden friendships. To discover that they were releasing a new album this year came as a delightful surprise and their lead single "Leave It All Behind" has been a particular balm on my soul as summer turns into fall.
