I learned of MiSSMANAGED before I ever heard their music because the lead singer's dad and I are friends through the Recording Academy. We struck up a conversation about local music and he informed me that his daughter was in a band. "Cool!" I said, "I'll have to check them out!" Once I get around to looking up the band, I was quickly blown away.
The four piece is comprised of cousins Kaia (vocals/writer) and Kai (bass), with Camden on drums and Liam on guitar. Ranging in age from 16 to 20, they bring a raw, unfiltered perspective to the world. Their sound pairs powerhouse vocals with driving rhythms, capturing the honest highs and lows of their experiences, from the rush of rebellion to the sting of heartbreak.
Catch them all over the region this summer with appearances at Kent Cornucopia Days and Redfellow Music Festival and, of course, all July long on The End!
Seattle's pop-rock four piece tells the truth and has fun while doing it.
