
PA Rep. Frank Ryan Updates On Potential PA Supreme Court Impeachment
Pennsylvania State Representative Frank Ryan rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to update on his push to impeach Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice David Wecht, and to give an update on PA Republicans’ fight for election integrity. First, Ryan explains that the Supreme Court impeachment is still on his docket, but as of right now the heavy focus is on election security. Back in November, Ryan introduced HR1044, which criticizes Wecht for judicial activism, particularly through his support of Governor Tom Wolf’s pandemic shutdown orders. Ryan explains what it was that set forth the authoring of this bill, and tells why he believes the overbearing nature of an extreme Supreme Court is incredible damaging to both the constitution of the state and the United States. Then, Ryan explains what he and the rest of Republicans are doing to ensure the reliability of voting after seeing what happened in the 2020 Presidential election.
Amy Sacks and Ashley Bennett Update On First Amendment Cases
Amy Sacks and Ashley Bennett return to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss their respective firings from local school districts and update on the lawsuits filed against said lawsuits. Amy Sacks recaps the situation that found her fired as a Principal in the Perkiomen Valley School District after she posted to social media that she’d rather vote for a potato than Democratic nominee Joe Biden. Then, Ashley Bennett joins in to tell her story, in which she was forced to resign following a post questioning whether or not Black Lives Matter really believe that all black lives matter due to their treatment of black police officers and conservatives. Bennett further explains what she meant in her post about Black Lives Matter, and attorney Francis Malofiy updates the audience as to where the filed cases stand.
Philly PD's Eric Gripp Wants An End To 'Savesies'
Sergeant Eric Gripp of the Philadelphia Police Department returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss his years-long campaign on trying to prevent Philadelphians from using objects to save spaces after shoveling their cars out. First, Gripp reveals whether or not the campaign has worked, and discusses why he decided to take this up as a campaign for the police department. Then, Gripp explains the situation from a resource standpoint, telling of the situation in the city and whether or not this is something that citizens should expect Philadelphia officers to deal with.
