Andrew Wyatt, Spokesperson for Bill Cosby, with a Firsthand Look into Cosby Situation

Andrew Wyatt, spokesperson for Bill Cosby, returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the release of the legendary comedian, after a Supreme Court decision decided that his charging in his second criminal trial unconstitutional. Wyatt tells that he was on his way to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office to pay a fine for Mr. Cosby when he received the call that Cosby would be released. Wyatt explains that the fine will come up again, as he suspects the Montgomery County DA’s office awarded a lawn growth fine in an effort to keep him in jail after the Supreme Court decision. Also, Wyatt tells what’s next for Cosby, telling that he hopes to return to the stage eventually. Also, Wyatt answers to whether or not the Cosby team should be conscious of the feelings of the other alleged victims of Cosby, and tells how the comedian is doing from a health standpoint.

Colonel Allen B. West on the ‘Woke’ Military, Issues of Immigration, and Donald Rumsfeld

Colonel Allen B. West returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the push to make the military more ‘woke.’ West, a former Congressman for Florida and now head of the Texas GOP, served with current Department of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who recently faced scrutiny from Republican representatives at a hearing in DC over the implementation of critical race theory into the military. Then, West being down on Texas, offers a first-hand look at the immigration crisis playing out at the Texas border, as mass amounts of immigrants flood the border due to President Biden’s policies. Also, West comments on whether or not he trusts McCarthy to stand strong for conservative values. Finally, West and Giordano remember the late Donald Rumsfeld, the oldest and youngest Secretary of Defense in history.

Professor Alan Dershowitz on the Cosby Case and Censorship

Professor Alan Dershowitz, author of Case Against the New Censorship: Protecting Free Speech from Big Tech, Progressive, and Universities, joins the Dom Giordano Program for a discussion on both the Bill Cosby case and the case involving Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg. First, Dershowtiz offers his thoughts on the Cosby case and how it ties to the national rhetoric surrounding due process. Dershowitz explains that the case is as clear as day, a DA offered him a deal, and another went back on it. According to Dershowitz, Cosby should have not been given the initial sentence in the first place, and explains the weaponization of the justice system for political means.
Dershowitz and Giordano explain how the decision, had it gone the other way, could’ve been incredibly detrimental to the constitutional rights of Americans.
Then, Giordano and Dershowitz discuss the overarching issue of censorship, how to counter it, and whether there’s been a light at the end of a tunnel for an end to this radical ideology.

PA Senate Candidate Sean Parnell on the Seep of ‘Woke’ Politics into American Institutions

Sean Parnell, decorated combat veteran, NYT best-selling author, and candidate for the upcoming Pennsylvania Senate seat vacated by Pat Toomey, joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the infusion of woke politics into the military. First, Giordano and Parnell discuss the military as a unifying concept, looking at the military as a forerunner in unifying Americans for a common cause, that being a fight for their country. Parnell takes us into the military ranks and explains how something as politically radical as Critical Race Theory and ‘antiracist’ politics could seep into an institution such as the military, explaining the fear of political repercussion that occurs in the high ranked military positions.
