Former Governor of New Jersey, Chris Christie, joined Rich Zeoli on TalkRadio 1210 WPHT discussing President Biden’s press conference yesterday and the President rerunning in 2024.
“I can’t imagine he’ll [Biden] be in any shape to run for re-election either politically or personally to run again in 2024. Now, you know, we get surprises all the time in politics, Rich, and who knows what he will or won’t do. “
Christie continued, “I think that most people are operating on the assumption that he will not be running for re-election, despite whatever he has said. I’m sure the first person that is assuming that is Vice President Harris.”
Christie all weighed in on the upcoming gubernatorial election in New Jersey for sitting Governor Phil Murphy.
“There is no doubt you can tell it’s an election year because Phil Murphy is starting to moderate a bit in what he says. Believe me, don’t look at what he says look at what he’s done and what he’s done in this state is unnecessarily keep children out of school, setting back their education.”
Christie continued, “The economic downturn is effected by this decision making as well. Of course, he’s going to say that now because he wants to say that so that people look at him differently on this issue for election.”
