Chris Christie, the former Governor of New Jersey, joined Rich Zeoli on TalkRadio 1210 WPHT today to discuss President Biden's $1.8 trillion American Families Plan.
"What is going on here is an attempt at wealth redistribution; it's taking wealth away from the people who have earned it, and having the government decide who the winners and losers are," said Christie. He continued, "Do you really trust the government to dominate the economy and to infiltrate every aspect of your life? I think this is insanity, and we've got to be out there calling it socialism."
Christie also weighed in on universal Pre-K. "More union members, more union dues, more money for Randi Weingarten," he continued, "what we have here is President Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, who is a teacher, paying back the Teachers Union for forty years of support for Joe Biden. If they care so much about education, why aren't our kids back in school?"
