Philadelphia Has Become A Third World Country
Today, Dom Giordano led off the Dom Giordano Program by bouncing between a couple topics centered on both the national and local scale. First, Giordano gives an update on Krasnerland, the term he’s given the new unsafe Philadelphia under the reign of District Attorney Larry Krasner, telling of a trend over the weekend of subway assaults, and gives the grim news surrounding the continued spike in carjackings in the city. Then, Giordano takes aim at Pennyslvania Republicans who continue to drag their bums on supporting instilling accountability back into the District Attorney’s office.
Then, George Bochetto, attorney in Philadelphia and candidate for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss what he’s learned while traveling the state for his campaign. First, Giordano congratulates and asks Bochetto about an endorsement he received last week from Philadelphia’s FOP, with Bochetto explaining why he continues to support and assist police. Bochetto explains that the failure to support law enforcement by current administrators is outrageous, telling that the policies that Philadelphians have voted for only continue to damage the lives of those who voted for them.
The Rock Withdraws Support For Rogan, But Has a Checkered Past Himself
In today’s second hour, Dom leads off the Dom Giordano Program by giving updates around the Joe Rogan controversy, telling that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has withdrawn his support for the broadcaster after a montage video came out of all the times Rogan used the n-word. Giordano plays back a clip of the Rock from the early 2000s in which he mocks Chinese people, and asks where we’re supposed to draw the line for past indiscretions in today’s highly censored world.
Then, Margot Cleveland, writer for The Federalist, joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss her groundbreaking investigative report into voter fraud in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
According to a whistleblower and video obtained by Cleveland, precincts lacked a valid chain of custody for provisional ballots cast in the 2020 election. In the videos, officials can be seen confused over whether or not bags carrying provisional ballots should be locked during transport, for example. In addition, Cleveland tells details about snafus in security around ‘v drives,’ removable drives that contain election results obtained from the county’s voting machines.
Murphy Changes Tune on Masking, Updates on Yeadon Police Chief
In today’s final hour, attorney Bruce Afran representing FreeNJKids returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the news that Governor Phil Murphy will be lifting the mask mandate beginning on March 7th.
First, Giordano asks Afran for his overall thoughts on the change of tone, with Bruce explaining that it’s a little too little too late, asking why we still have to wait until early March to end the damage being done on children. Afran tells whether he plans to fight the new masking edicts, and offers his opinion on a situation playing out in Perkiomen over the constitutionality of their mask mandate.
Then, Chief Anthony Paparo of Yeadon, PA, returns to the Dom Giordano Program for an update on a situation featured last week on the show. Last week, it was revealed in the DelCo Times that Paparo’s job was in jeopardy over his race, for the sole reason of being white. Paparo told last time that he discovered this after one of his very trusted deputies approached him with the news after being offered to succeed him in the position. This time, Paparo reveals that after a meeting today with the Mayor and Council President, the chief antagonist in the situation, he learned that his job was indeed in jeopardy. In the meeting, Paparo was told he would be let go and was offered severance, telling the justification centers on his need to pay officers overtime during the George Floyd riots. In an incredibly emotional interview, Paparo tells the people of Yeadon how much they mean to him, and tells why he loves the profession of policing so much.
