Was The Halftime Show Blatantly Anti-Police?

Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by offering his opinion on the Super Bowl yesterday, including what he thought about the Pepsi Halftime Show, which ended with Eminem kneeling to protest police at the end. Giordano uses this as an opportunity to bring up the war on police pervading the nation, explaining why the message of the halftime show is nothing but detrimental to the fabric of society. Also, Giordano reveals the job that Michele Tafoya will be going to after her departure from NBC’s NFL coverage, and tells of a school district in Pennsylvania doing some funky things.

Then, Gates McGavick, director of strategic communications at the RNC, joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss why the RNC has decided to sue Bucks County, Pennsylvania to push for heightened transparency when it comes to ballot counting. McGavick explains that the RNC has tried getting answers for a situation that unfolded in the county, and was only met with wall after wall when trying to get down to whether or not there was foul play involved, and tells that the only option at this point is bringing the county to court for answers. McGavick and the RNC allege that the county is refusing to share crucial information about how absentee ballots are counted, telling that the lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Flash Mob of Teens Takes Over Center City, Crushes Business

Dom leads off the second hour of today’s show by offering an update on crime in Krasnerland, the new name he’s given the crime-ridden Philadelphia under the reign of District Attorney Larry Krasner, telling of more businesses leaving the city due to theft and a flashmob of teens ravaging businesses downstairs. Then, Giordano goes back to a conversation centered on the Super Bowl, revealing politicians and celebrities who were caught on camera maskless, including LA Mayor Garcetti.

Then, Paul Mango, Deputy Chief of Staff for the Department of Health and Human Services under President Trump, returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss his new book, Warp Speed: Inside the Operation that Beat COVID, the Critics, and the Odds. Mango takes us inside the Trump administration as they tried to instrument dexterity to combat the rapid spread of Coronavirus while facing harsh media criticism.

Peter Rex Tells of Silicon Valley’s ‘Secret Christians’

In today’s third hour, Peter Rex, CEO of Rex Teams, a tech and real-estate firm, joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a piece he penned for the Wall Street Journal telling of the hostility in Silicon Valley toward those who hold religious beliefs. In the piece, Rex writes of the HBO show Silicon Valley, and draws comparisons to its real life counterpart, particularly a scene in which a co-worker is ‘outed’ not for being gay, but for being religious. Rex tells that this underlying notion is indeed a reality in Silicon Valley, telling that there’s a prevalence of a lack of faith and an idea of hubris that they are too smart for belief.

Then, Beth Ann Rosica, executive director of Back to School PA PAC, returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss multiple issues playing out on the micro-local scale at school board meetings throughout Pennsylvania. First, Giordano and Rosica discuss the decision by Conestoga officials to call an emergency virtual day over ‘threatening statements’ concerning masking, after students in the Tredyffrin/Easttown school walked out to protest overbearing masking mandates. Then, Giordano and Rosica discuss a situation playing out in Chester County, with parents filing a petition to recall board members after continued frustration over baseless mandates.
