The Anniversary of ‘Let’s Go Brandon’

Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing today as a monumental day, being the anniversary of the ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ meme. Dom and producer Dan remember the culmination of the meme, playing back the genesis at a NASCAR event, and Dom tells why he believes it’s had such staying power through Biden’s presidency. Then, Giordano plays back clips from yesterday’s press conference held by Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner where the now infamous prosecutor addressed a carjacking epidemic in the City which has now seen over 1,000 instances of vehicular theft this year. Also, Giordano offers his thoughts on some horrible white boots worn by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and continues throughout the hour talking about the race between Dr. Mehmet Oz and John Fetterman.

New Jersey Brewer Sues State ABC Over ‘Deliberate Attack on Small Brewers’

Then, Dom welcomes Chuck Garrity, owner of Death of the Fox Brewing Company in Clarksboro, NJ, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss an ongoing legal battle playing out in New Jersey over the rights of breweries in the State. Chuck joined us about a month ago to announce that he’d be suing the state’s Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control over what he believes are a ‘deliberate attack on small brewers’ in New Jersey. Giordano reveals some of these laws, such as a requirement that patrons take a tour prior to drinking in an attached bar, and restrictions against showing sporting events. Garrity provides an update on the lawsuit, and takes Giordano back to the time when Chris Christie was in charge, telling about ways that the former Governor opened up the industry and the new trend by the current administration’s ABC to ‘even the playing field.’

How Much Will Marijuana Weigh Into Pennsylvania’s Midterms?

In today’s second hour, Dom leads off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing the importance of marijuana legalization in the upcoming midterm elections, telling of a Broad and Liberty story that points to Fetterman’s pro-Marijuana stance as having a big impact in the support that the Democratic candidate is receiving. Then, Giordano offers his opinion on the scandal including Herschel Walker, who denied allegations that he paid for an abortion of an ex-girlfriend while running on a pro-life platform.

Deana Martin, Daughter of Dean Martin, Joins to Promote Upcoming Columbus Day Parade

Then, Giordano welcomes in South Philadelphia activist Jody Della Barba to discuss the upcoming Columbus Day Parade coming up in Philadelphia, along with featured act Deana Martin. First, Dom asks Jody for an update on the situation between the parade organizers and city officials, after years of Mayor Jim Kenney making it as hard as possible for the event to take place. Then, Dom gets into a conversation with Deana Martin, daughter of legendary singer Dean Martin, about her role in the upcoming parade. Dom gets some history of the great singer from Deana, with Dan asking about her father’s thoughts on rock and roll music.

Updates in Roxborough Shooting, Pastor Fisher Takes Us To Kensington

In today’s third hour, Dom leads off the Dom Giordano Program by offering an update centered on the horrific shooting in Roxborough last week targeting high school football players that left one dead, telling of the repeat offenses by the lead suspect in the case. Then, Giordano swings back into a conversation about the upcoming midterm elections, playing back a clip from Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, who suggested that education will continue to be a huge issue for voters in the election.

Then, Dom welcomes Pastor Phillip Fisher onto the Dom Giordano Program after the Pastor invited Dr. Mehmet Oz to see the horrific situation in Kensington, the drug epicenter of Philadelphia. Pastor Fisher tells about the situation he’s seeing play out on the streets of Philadelphia, explaining a point he made with the Senate candidate about baby formula being harder to find in Philadelphia than Fentanyl, the substance killing tons of drug users. Pastor Fisher explains why he invited the Doctor to Kensington, telling that he met the candidate first when Dr. Oz spent a day talking to people suffering from addiction in the neighborhood, explaining that he knew then that Dr. Oz was a man of God who puts his profession and humanitarianism over politics.
