Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing a new trend that’s being reported out of Great Britain, telling that for the first time in history, babies born out of wedlock have surpassed babies born within wedlock. Giordano explains why he believes this to be concerning, telling of the importance of a father figure. Then, Giordano offers his updated thoughts on the FBI raid of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, telling that the Donald has now pled the fifth. Then, Giordano discusses how the Left has framed the conservative reaction to the raid, telling how conservatives can continue to be pro-law enforcement while critiquing the FBI.
Then, Ralph Cipriano, chief of BigTrial.net, returns to the Dom Giordano Program after he was kicked out of a press conference by Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner. First, Dom asks the reporter for some context behind why he was kicked out, with Cipriano taking us back three years, explaining that after years of unanswered emails, he knew he had to alter his tactic and started showing up at press conferences. Soon after Cipriano started attending, Larry Krasner rewrote the rules of his press conference, requiring he call on any reporters, which Cipriano suggests was a direct counter to his attendance. Then, Giordano asks Cipriano about his colleagues in the media, wondering whether or not they are fearful to ask Krasner the hard questions. After that, Giordano asks Cipriano about his most recent column, in which Cipriano tells about the ‘screaming totalitarian’ inside District Attorney Krasner.

In today’s second hour, Dom leads off the Dom Giordano Program by returning to the conversation centered on national politics after the unprecedented FBI raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago compound. Giordano again discusses the optics of this situation, explaining how and why this may backfire for the Left in an upcoming election, explaining how Trump will be a martyr if nothing comes out of this.
Then, Dom welcomes in Bruce Chambers, former President of the Great Valley School District, for an update on an ongoing situation playing out in the district centered on Critical Race Theory. In the Delaware Valley Journal, Chambers writes about a new webinar watched by school administrators that suggests the infusion of CRT into the instrumentations of the district. Chambers explains that he had to require a Right to Know request to obtain the entire course, which he has since posted on YouTube. In the webinar, the instructor frames anybody who questions CRT race theory as ignorant, naïve, and members of a “right wing” backlash. Chambers tells how listeners can find the YouTube copy of the webinar, and explains why he hopes this doesn’t persist in the school district he loves.
Then, Giordano takes some calls from listeners, spending a good chunk of time with a caller asking for some definition on Critical Race Theory, with Giordano breaking down how the hyper political take on race has made its way into schools. Then, in Dan Time with Dom, producer Dan Borowski tells Dom about a new organization dedicated to holding autonomous systems accountable, telling of their first experiment that found concerning results centered on Tesla’s self-driving capability.
Conservatives Can Be Pro-Law Enforcement While Criticizing the FBI

Then, Giordano moves back into a conversation centered on the infusion of politics into curriculum, discussing why he believes school board members should be required to state their political affiliation. After that, Giordano returns back to the unprecedented FBI raid of Donald Trump’s compound, playing back clips from liberal media members who are using the conservative reaction as evidence that conservatives aren’t truly pro-law enforcement. This moves Giordano into a conversation on political spin, with Giordano playing back a clip from Biden falsely claiming that we’ve had no inflation, when the numbers produced by his administration run counter.
