Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by discussing the new national push to allow safe injection sites nationwide, a suggestion Giordano takes umbrage with the initiative, telling about the response of Philadelphians when it was tried on a local scale. Also, Giordano reveals that Rogan addressed his multiple controversies during a stand up show yesterday, saying that it’s not his fault if people take medical advice from a guy who used to host Fear Factor.

Then, Congressman Jeff Van Drew returns to the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a statement he sent out concerning the new push by the Department of Health and Human Services to fund a grant that will allocate taxpayer resources to fund safe injection sites and other controversial treatments for addiction. First, Giordano asks for Van Drew to address claims made on Twitter that Van Drew is only speaking out against this because he’s “pro-big pharma,” which Van Drew chuckles at and outright denies. Then, Van Drew explains why he’s taken such a strong stand against the HHS, and tells that he’s shocked that anybody could support an initiative that would use taxpayer funds to pay for crackpipes for addicts. In addition, Van Drew explains why he’s asked for a censure of Liz Cheney, and responds to Nancy Pelosi’s comments about athletes at the Beijing Olympics.

Progressives Continue To Attack ‘Freedom Convoy’

In today’s second hour, Giordano leads off by giving an update on the ‘Freedom Convoy’ protesting masking mandates in Canada, as truckers continue to try and cripple the Canadian economy to push back against the governmental overreach. Then, Giordano plays a montage of progressive media members commenting on the situation, with one after the other offering a more biased take on the situation.

After that, Hollywood reporter and author Erich Schwartzel joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss his new book, Red Carpet: Hollywood, China, and the Global Elite, which focuses on the relationship between Hollywood and China. In the book, Schwartzel explains that the world of Hollywood is the latest battleground in the tense and complex rivalry between the two world powers, noting the power of the Chinese box office, which has now surpassed the American box office. Then, Giordano asks Schwartzel about Chinese censorship, asking what they’ve done to films like Fight Club, and Schwartzel tells of the strong political opinions demanded by the Communist regime. In addition, Giordano discusses villains in Hollywood, including instances where the Chinese changed antagonist Chinese military members to North Korean military members, and the two discuss the pervasive cancel culture pulsating throughout Hollywood.

Are Dems Waking Up To The Damage Of Masking Mandates?

In today’s third hour, Dom Giordano leads off by discussing the change in tone in masking mandates as Democratic leaders start to drop mandates in their State. Then, Giordano brings back up the interview he had with Rep. Jeff Van Drew in the first hour centered on a Department of Health and Human Services initiative to provide funds to non-profit organizations for ‘clean drug use,’ including handing out kits including drug paraphernalia such as crack pipes and syringes.

Then, Senator Pat Toomey returns to the Dom Giordano Program for his monthly check-in to discuss topics and debates playing out on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. First, Giordano asks Toomey what can be done about the record-setting inflation we’ve seen during the Biden administration, with Toomey explaining that the Federal Reserve was a bit behind the buck in addressing the situation. Then, Giordano asks Toomey for his thoughts on the Beijing Olympics, as the Senator has been a staunch opponent to everything from communist China.
