It was a deadly night of storms in West Texas where the Motley County town of Matador was hammered Wednesday evening.

Reports say a large tornado hit the heart of Matador, about 60 miles from Lubbock, around 8 p.m. It was followed into town by KLBK-TV chief meteorologist Jacob Riley who tells CBS News the Dollar General on the west side of town was wiped off its foundation.

Other reports say an RV with two people inside was parked outside the Dollar General and it has not been seen since.

The mayor of Matador says at least four people are dead and ten were injured.

It was a week ago tonight that a tornado hit the Panhandle town of Perryton -- three hours due north of Matador -- killing three people there, as well.
