A janitor in Houston is facing charges after he was caught on camera dunking his penis and urinating into an employee's water bottle -- an incident that the victim claims gave her a sexually-transmitted disease.
Lucio Diaz, 50, has been charged with indecent assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection to the bizarre act, which happened at a doctor's office, according to KTRK.
The 54-year-old victim, who did not want to be identified, told KTRK she learned about Diaz's water bottle fetish when she noticed a strange taste when drinking from the bottle she uses at work.
After a test found urine in the water, she planted a hidden camera in her company's break room -- and was horrified by what it captured.
"He pulls out his penis and puts his penis in my bottle; basically rinses his penis in the water," the woman said. "This individual is a sick man."
What's worse is the woman says Diaz has given her an unspecified STD.
"I learned I acquired an STD for which he also tested positive for," she said. "He gave me an STD I will have for the rest of my life. Nothing is going to change it. Nothing will make it better for me."
Diaz, a Mexican national, is currently in custody with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Investigators are trying to determine if more people have been victimized. If so, Diaz could face additional charges.
