You're an honest person, but would you tattle on yourself?

Most people think they're honest, but would you ever fess up if something minor happens and you're responsible -- especially if no one was looking?

Dana Wright, from the Dana & Parks Show on 98.1 KMBZ, stopped by a local gas station on her way to work and witnessed a situation with a young kid that made us wonder whether or not you tattle on yourself when you "break the rules."

The little boy at the gas station tattled on his mom, telling the clerk she "bwoke" the drink machine.

"He points over to his mother, where I'm standing, and he goes 'Mom bwoke it.' Mom is stopped in her tracks going 'Please don't, no we didn't.' She's just trying to get a slushie."

How many of us are that honest when you are out somewhere and something either malfunctions or you think you broke something?

What if you hit a parked car with your shopping cart, or the wind blows your door open and you ding another car -- do you say anything? Is it really your fault if the wind blows the door?

Some people might leave a note if there's damage but Scott Parks thinks most people would just drive off, find another parking spot and pretend like nothing happened.

"It's not that your dishonest, you're a little bit mortified. And quite frankly, you just don't want to deal with it," he said.
