We start with the airplane incident involving a woman accused of removing her pants and touching herself during a Baltimore-to-Miami flight. That turns into a very Kayal and Company discussion about drinking on planes, bizarre passenger behavior, whether anybody still chews gum and the crew trying to process what the unfortunate passenger sitting nearby experienced.
Dawn’s news brings several major Philadelphia-area stories. We get an update on the Horsch investigation and allegations that vulnerable women were recruited from Camden and brought to the Olney property. We also cover seven stolen Hondas recovered from an alleged North Philadelphia chop shop, swastikas and a racial slur carved into Yardley Country Club, and a lawsuit alleging a nonverbal autistic student at Jamison Elementary was improperly restrained thousands of times.
The hour closes with the Phillies’ 5-3 loss to Atlanta and our frustration with afternoon postseason scheduling before Nick’s Big Take turns fully toward the Lindsay Clancy case. We react to Kevin Reddington’s court strategy, his public comments about the holdout juror, legal criticism of his attempts to obtain the juror’s records and the crew’s view that political and social pressures have overwhelmed a case about three dead children.
